Véronique Bélanger is a clinical social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and extensive experience supporting families with young children. She is deeply passionate about helping parents through the early years of their child’s life—a time that, while full of joy, can also bring moments of uncertainty, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelmness. Her role is to walk alongside caregivers as they navigate these challenges and help them build stronger, more connected relationships with their little ones.
With specialized training in early childhood development, attachment, and emotion regulation, Véronique brings a warm, collaborative approach that blends professional expertise with her own lived experience as a parent. She draws on relationship-based parenting tools to help caregivers better understand their child’s behaviour, respond with intention, and feel more confident in their parenting.
Véronique is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where parents feel heard, empowered, and encouraged as they care for their children—and themselves. She offers services in both English and French.
